Located in the heart of Briançon’s UNESCO-listed Vauban Old Town, La Collégiale welcomes you all year round in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Our restaurant serves generous homemade cuisine featuring traditional mountain specialties, tartiflette, Beaufort crozets, gourmet burgers, fresh salads, pizzas, local charcuterie and cheese boards, as well as delicious homemade desserts.

Our bar offers an excellent selection of homemade cocktails, premium rums, ti-punch, shooters, local and international beers, wines and drinks to enjoy with friends, either on our sunny terrace or indoors.

Ein kleines Bistro direkt vor der Kirche mitten in Briancon. Der Service war unkompliziert und rustikal freundlich. Die Pizzen waren Klasse. Dünner, knuspriger Boden und lecker belegt. Die zivilen Preise runden das positive Gesamtbild ab. Hingehen!

Lieu emblématique de Briancon avec Armand le chef en cuisine qui connait son metier et les morceaux de tous les animaux ! Merci pour cette magnifique assiette!! Accueil chaleureux , des bons vins de petits domaines, et une trés bonne humeur au service. Merci à Mika tout particulierement pour son sens de l humour! Je reviendrais!
